Westhaven Trails was a planned residential community designed, developed and established by Daniel Sinykin of Daniel Realty in October of 1981. This was 160 acre development established on the far west side of Madison and quickly became one of the most desirable new neighborhoods. Below is the full sales brochure provided to new home buyers.
