Board Elections & Candidate Statements

Below are the list of candidates and their nominating statements for consideration.  The following sections of our Bylaws outlines requirements and voting procedures for Directors.

Section 3.02 Directors to be Members.  All Directors must be members of the Association.  Members of the Association that are legal entities, such as a limited liability company or corporation, may serve as Directors through an individual representative.  The President shall act as chairperson of the Board of Directors. 

Section 3.08 Voting Procedure for Directors. Members of the Board of Directors shall be elected at regular or special meetings of the Association.  At such elections, the members or their proxies may cast, in respect to each vacancy, as many votes as they are entitled to exercise under the provisions of the Declaration. Voting for Directors may be conducted by any reasonable means, including but not limited to written ballots and show of hands.

CANDIDATE: ENZO CIARLETTA

Board Candidate Statement
Hello, my name is Enzo Ciarletta. I first moved to the Westhaven Trails neighborhood in 1994, later my wife and I put down roots here and began to raise our children. As a retired Marine Corps veteran, service to others and giving back to the community have always been important parts of my life. Over the years, I've had the privilege of getting to know many neighbors and watching our community grow.
After volunteering at neighborhood clean-ups and community events, I joined the Westhaven Trails Homeowners Association Board in 2006. Since then, I have served in several roles including President, Vice President, ARB Chair, and Parks Director.
I believe strong neighborhoods are built through volunteerism, collaborations, and neighbors supporting one another. It would be an honor to continue serving our community and helping keep Westhaven Trails a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained place to live.

Board Candidate Statement
My name is LeAnn Krieg and I have lived in Westhaven Trails since 2015. Prior to that both of our children attended in-home childcare in Westhaven Trails, so we have felt a part of the neighborhood for 25 years. I joined the HOA Board in 2022 and would like to keep serving our community in this role.
