Associations Bylaws


Our Bylaws were originally crafted in 1981 as part of establishing the Westhaven Trails CSA.  The Bylaws are the internal policies and practices that govern how our homeowner's association operates.  They cover things like communication, meetings, duties of the board members and officers, how board members are elected, and many other policies and practices.  Over the past few years, we have had many members point out that the Bylaws required updating for clarity and brought up to current legal standards.  As a result of direct member feedback and larger discussions at several annual meetings, the Board of Directors worked with the Associations Attorney to do a comprehensive review and update of the Bylaws in 2024.
