We currently offer the following three methods to pay your annual assessments:
By Check:
If paying by check, the check is payable to Westhaven Trails Neighborhood Association, c/o Madison Property Management, 1202 Regent Street, Madison, WI 53715.
ACH (autopay):
ACH is an automatic payment between your account and the associations account. The ACH amount is the amount of your dues. The dues amount automatically changes with a new dues amount per the adopted operating budget.
A new ACH must be set up a minimum of seven (7) business days prior to the first use and dues pull.
If you own multiple properties within the Westhaven Trails Neighborhood Association, please indicate on the ACH if you would like ACH to be applied to all of your properties.
If selling your Unit, please email MPM accounting a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to the sale with directions on cancellation of ACH service. The cancellation is not automatic, it requires written direction to MPM accounting.
An authorized ACH form must be completed and returned to MPM accounting for activation of service.
Online Pay Portal:
Owners may sign up for an online pay portal account for online payments by emailing MPM accounting (audreyg@madisonproperty.com) or your site manager (brittanyc@madisonproeprty.com.) You will be sent set up instructions after your request. Please remember to write down your recovery email and password.
